Yankees’ Gary Sanchez Suspension Reportedly Reduced to 3 Games

New York Yankees catcher Gary Sanchez received some good news in regards to his appeal of a four-game suspension he was levied for his role in the August 24th brawl with the Detroit Tigers.

Sanchez’s suspension has been reduced to only 3 games, according to YES Network’s Jack Curry.

Sanchez is key to the Yankees postseason run as he has batted .276 with 28 home runs and 79 RBI.

Sanchez had been particularly hot in August, with 12 home runs in 28 games throughout last month.
