As expected, Houston Astros first baseman Yuli Gurriel wasn’t greeted nicely by the home fans at Dodger Stadium when his name was announced prior to Game 6 of the World Series Tuesday night:

And of course it didn’t end there. Coming up for his first at-bat in the top of the second to face Los Angeles Dodgers starter Rich Hill, the fans continued their downpour of boos on the 33-year-old:

In the 24-second clip, Hill takes a brief walk off the mound for about 15 seconds starting at 0:07 before getting ready to face Gurriel.

Following the game, Andy McCullough of the LA Times posted the following tweet:

Simple and effective. Props to Hill.

Game 7 is tonight at 8 PM ET on Fox! For all the marbles! Check us out on Twitter at @HomeRunDaily for coverage!
